Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ke7 platform. By accessing or using ke7 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. The ke7 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ke7 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage access. Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
2.2 Jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your location. ke7 does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining and complying with all applicable local laws before accessing ke7.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one ke7 Account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or across shared households — is strictly prohibited. ke7 reserves the right to close all accounts held by a Player found to have violated this rule, forfeit all associated balances, and void any open bets.
2.4 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false identity details, date of birth, or contact information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ke7 login credentials. ke7 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your password. You must notify ke7 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.1 ke7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. ke7 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require a Player to submit verification documents before processing a withdrawal or when account activity triggers a review.
3.2 Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested.
3.3 Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or Account closure. ke7 will not be liable for any losses arising from verification delays caused by a Player's non-cooperation.
4.1 Currency. All deposits, bets, wins, and withdrawals on ke7 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ke7 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies through the standard payment flow.
4.2 Payment Methods. ke7 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. ke7 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time. Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on ke7 is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Minimum and maximum limits may be adjusted at ke7's discretion.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. ke7 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to identity verification completion. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within the same session. Bank transfer timelines are subject to the relevant bank's processing times, which are outside ke7's control.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Funds deposited into a ke7 Account must have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, unless ke7 determines otherwise at its sole discretion. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement having been satisfied in full.
4.6 Declined Withdrawals. ke7 reserves the right to decline or withhold a withdrawal request if: (a) KYC documents have not been provided or verified; (b) ke7 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; (c) the account is under investigation; or (d) the request would result in a negative balance after pending bets are settled.
5.1 ke7 may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other incentives at its discretion. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which will be published at the time of the offer. Those specific terms supplement and, where in conflict, supersede these general Terms & Conditions with respect to the relevant promotion.
5.2 Bonus Funds credited to a ke7 Account are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements are calculated on qualifying bets at odds specified in the promotion terms.
5.3 ke7 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonus Funds that expire unfulfilled are removed from the Account without compensation.
5.4 Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Creating multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once constitutes fraud and will result in all accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited.
6.1 All bets placed on ke7 are binding once confirmed. ke7 is not liable for errors made by a Player when placing a bet, including selecting the wrong selection, stake, or market.
6.2 ke7 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a technical error resulted in an incorrect price being displayed; (b) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned; (c) there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or unusual betting patterns; or (d) the bet was placed after the event outcome was already known ("in-running" fraud).
6.3 ke7 casino games, including live dealer, slots, and fish shooting games, use certified Random Number Generators or live dealer mechanics. ke7 does not and cannot alter game outcomes after a round has commenced.
6.4 Maximum winnings per single bet or game round may be capped as specified in the relevant game or market rules. ke7 will not pay winnings in excess of stated maximum win limits.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on ke7:
ke7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account and forfeit all associated balances where prohibited conduct is identified. ke7 may report suspected criminal conduct to appropriate authorities.
All content on the ke7 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and data — is the property of ke7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without express written permission from ke7.
ke7 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering with ke7, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. ke7 does not sell or transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.
10.1 ke7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. ke7 provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from your account dashboard at any time.
10.2 If you wish to self-exclude from ke7, contact support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once confirmed, are irrevocable for the duration specified. ke7 will not accept a request to lift a self-exclusion before its expiry.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ke7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.
11.2 ke7 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. ke7 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but shall not be liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers, government actions, or force majeure events.
11.3 ke7's total aggregate liability to any single Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ke7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via a notice on the ke7 Platform and/or email to the address registered on their Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at ke7.one/terms-conditions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ke7's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising between a Player and ke7 that cannot be resolved through ke7's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration institution. Players acknowledge that class action proceedings are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
ke7's internal complaints process requires Players to first raise any dispute directly with ke7 support. ke7 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days.
